Our relocation services are for the boaters who have experienced the cruising grounds within their reach and are looking to expand the area they can explore. Specifically – we will travel to the vessel’s location and perform a complete safety and equipment inspection and evaluation.
When we have checked that everything is seaworthy, we then draft a sail plan complete with any call-in points, navigational hazards, weather or current concerns and leave this with the appropriate agencies including the owner or their agent.
Upon departure when required, we will report in with vessel traffic services/customs, then proceed to deliver the vessel to the port of choice (predetermined through discussions with owner or agent).
Upon arrival, we give the vessel an inspection and evaluation and any other service the owner wishes, including wash down and cleaning, refueling and reprovisioning of galley and stores, trip planning, identification of local hazards and our suggested recommendations.
When the owner’s party arrives we can arrange airport pickup and even have a catered dinner waiting onboard if you wish. When your vacation time is done, we can meet you in any port where we will arrange for transportation to the nearest airport, take care of refueling and reprovisioning, perform our safety and equipment inspections, file a sail plan and return the vessel safely to its home berth (or any other berth you choose), refuel and reprovision upon arrival per owner’s wishes. A final inspection and evaluation report can be left onboard and/or emailed.
